Does the 2011 Ford Mustang permanently lose horsepower if Celine Dion is played during the test drive?

Someone's been doing their homework! You found out about the audio receiver on the ECU huh! That thing turns the engine into something a Prius would laugh at once it hears sissy music! What sucks is that changing the ECU isn't going to get it back to normal, you'll have to swap a new motor and tranny in too. By tranny I don't mean that pretty girl with the bulge in her skirt either..
