My tampon is stuck inside me, how do i get it out?

Get in a comfortable position where you have maximum penetration and "fish it out." I would say any position where your body is going to be relatively straight would work pretty well. I always lay almost all the way back (but I can still reach) if I need to insert anything or take anything out. It doesn't have far to go, so it should not be too hard to find.
