Does this mean anything? If it does, is it bad or good?

Ok so im 14. And I had a boyfriend, but he dumped me over fb. Now he's asking (practically begging) for me 2 take him back. And i said we're gonna take things reeeeaaaaall slow. Starting off as friends and working our way up (I hav my reasons, plz dont judge). But then he said and i quote "ok we can start off as friends but mayb once in a while can we kiss?" and then "if im good for a week every friday can i kiss u if im good?" and he told me tht he misses my lips and me but i alredy told him tht he wuz gonna hafta work hard to earn my trust. All i need to k, is is this a bad sign? May i mention, we're both 14. So guys advice coming from a guys biew wuld b awesome!! Thank u!!(:
