Whens the right time to say 'love you'?

So u know how wen u have a bf/gf u always say 'luv u' before u leave or hafta stop txting them. Well like my past bfs have always said it to me the first time, and it seemed like the right time.(well except for my most recent ex who said it on the 2nd day, jerk.) Haha anyway..with my new bf, we've only been dating a few days so I'm not ready to say it yet or for him to say it yet, But...when is the right time? And I'm talking like 8th grade relationships here ok prly nothing long term. And when the time comes, should I say it first or wait for him?
