Homosexual feelings, i really need some advice?

ive been thinking im gay for a long time now, im 16 and a sophmore in high school. i have never once had a relationship with a girl or have ever kissed a girl becuase i feel to awkward around them. i am going to admit tht i have whacked off a guy or two and theyve whacked me back even blown me. i first started in 5th grade during summer break when me and this kid named charlie would touch each other and he even blew me a few times. i need an answer am i gay or not. and if i am well idk how i would handle tht because i dont wanna hafta tell my parents or my best bros but i have strated to lose my mind, HELP!!!!
