How do i know if my mustang has fog light wiring harnesses?

I have a 1994 5 speed V6 mustang as my first car, and a project that I'm fixing up as i finish up high school. I would like to install fog lights in my mustang, and i see the plastic covers that i will pop out to install the lights. I have read that some mustangs came with the wiring harnesses for the fog lights, but just didn't come with them installed from the factory. As of right now i know that i have to buy the switch, fog lights, and relay switch but i need to know if i need to splice them into something or if the wiring is already there, because id like them to run independent from my headlights, so i can switch on and off the fog lights as i wish. Someone help! and please give me any other info i will need for the install, and any recommendations you have
