Two 12'' kicker subs 1600 watts total.?

I'm installing the subs in my 1998 mustang gt which is already a pain but i've got just about everything i need besides the box and amp wires. i found this http://www.caraudiodeals.com/epak4bl-p-4103.html i'm really not sure if there junk or not but maybe somebody can help me out thanks! the amp is a rockford 2000watt.
