I drive an 06 mustang v6 and all my electrical died while driving...?

i was coming home from work and all my gauges went out first then my radio them my a/c then my windows then my blinkers. all within a minute or two apart from each other. what the hell happend. now my car wont start it just makes this load clicking noise. is it the battery? i thought i just changed it. its like 102 degrees outside could that kill the battery? it also just came back from the body shop for hail damage, it was there for a month. could that be it? they wouldnt mess with the elextrical though. i dont know. ! help please
