Vivance, what to do now man?

ok i took a vivance around 3pm yesterday. and then i realized the dr (yes i am prescribed them) said take it in the MORNINGS....crap. but yea i cant sleep. but heres my question. when do i take another? i hafta take one everyday now. idk when to take it again. its been 12 hours since i took the first one.
